Can
I cancel my account at any time?
Absolutely. We obviously hope you
never will, but if you should decide to cancel simply contact us via our
support page and let us
know.

prior to my next billing date, can I get a refund or partial refund for the time
I haven't used?
No, sorry. We
do not issue refunds or partial refunds.

Can I make changes to my website whenever I want?
Yes. You can
make changes whenever you like 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you run any
banners or pop
ups on my site?
Absolutely not. This is your
website not ours. You have
total control over your website. We don't put anything on
it.

Can I use my own photos,
sounds
or movies on my
website?
Absolutely.
You are more than welcome to use any image you like. We accept
images in .gif, .bmp or .jpeg formats. We accept sound and video files
in the following formats: wav, mid, midi, av, ra, rm, mp3, avi,
mov and mpeg.

How long
before my hosting account will be set up?
In most cases, once you order one of our
hosting plans your account will be set up within 12 hours. During
this time we not only set up your account, we also screen for fraudulent
transactions.

I don't have
a domain name. Can I get one from you?
Yes. When
you activate your account with us, the order screen will have a domain
name search function that enables you to search for and choose the domain name you want.
Simply choose the available domain name you want, enter it on the order form and
we will do our best to get it for you. It's as simple as that.
The cost for this is just $15.95 and the domain is registered in your
name not ours.

I already own a domain name. Can I use it with
you?
You sure can.
Just ask your current domain registrar to point your domain name to the
following name servers:

Will I get
email with my website?
Yes. Each
account comes with a Pop 3 account and unlimited email addresses. What this means is
that you can have as many email addresses as you can think of.
For example, you@yourdomain.com,
sales@yourdomain.com,
contact@yourdomain.com, etc.
Any combination of letters and/or numbers you can think of you can put in front of the @yourdomain.com
and make it an e-mail address.

Do you have web based
email?
Yes. We provide you with a web
based email account. This means that you can
check all email that comes in to your main email address from
any computer. You can also send email
online from this account from any computer.

Will I be able to send website email from my computer?
Yes. You can send an email
from you@yourdomain.com (or
whatever address you specify in front of the @yourdomain.com) from your computer at home or work. If
you have one of the major e-mail systems such as Outlook or Outlook Express,
this will be no problem at all. You
will simply need to tell your email system what web site address(es) you
would like to use.
This is very easy to do and will take you
less than 5 minutes to set up. We have step-by-step instructions for
how to do this in our user's web site help section.

Is the web
hosting service you provide reliable?
Yes! Your web site won't do you any good
if people can't see it. We have a 99.8% uptime percentage and our network is
monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

What type of connection do you have?
We run Unix servers and have one of the fastest direct connections to
the internet in the world. Our connectivity consists of multiple OC-3, OC-6 and
OC-12 connections. For comparison purposes, a T-1 line is good for up to 1.544 Mbps,
T-3: 45 Mbps, OC-3: 155 Mbps, and OC-12: 622 Mbps.
What does that
mean in English?
