Web Site Submission Services

At some point you will probably run across ads for submitting your web site to a lot of search engines.  We have seen ads offering to submit a web site to between 1,000 and 1,000,000 search engines, announcement services and web sites. 

In our opinion these are a total waste of money for several reasons. 

One, you aren't guaranteed submission.  They just submit to the search engines. 

Two, these are usually search engines that you have never heard of and aren't going to help you even if you do get listed in them because most other people haven't heard of them either. 

Basically, there are about 10 major search engines that drive the majority of search engine traffic.  You can submit your web site by hand or use our optional submission services and get far better results than you would using one of these bulk submission services.
